About us!

Welcome to Woodlands stables. We began our small family yard in 1985. Our first horse for competition was bought at Dublin horse show we named him Woodlands Millvale. At the age of eighteen he has just again jumped at Hickstead Derby ridden by Jenny Cassan. We currently have five horses in training.

The horses we have in training at present are all by prolific Irish sires and dams. We produce horses for all disciplines but favour showjumping.Time and patience is the most essential element in the training of our horses and dressage training is we feel so important in producing the showjumper.

We are located just a few miles from the town of Letterkenny in Co. Donegal. We are so lucky to have fantastic beaches so nearby and many great hacking roads and country lanes.
